APPLICATION AREA：

The machine produces the two-layer, two colors sheet, including PP sheet, and PS sheet etc. The sheets are used for making a variety of two-color bowls, drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yogurt cups, packing boxes, outside packing containers and other plastic products.

FUNCTION:

The unit is composed of extruding, calendering and traction rolling. The main parts including screw rods, cylinder, die are made of high quality specially-treated alloys. It is characterized by abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant, etc. The extruding channel is even in resistance force and has no retention, which have the sheets with uniformed height. The internally spiral tank ensures an effective cooling. With electric changeable screen, it is easy to change and install.
