APPLICATION AREA：

The equipment is applied to the plastic sheets like PVC, PS, PP, PET, etc. It is also applied to packaging toys, hardware, cosmetics, electronic products (batteries, electronic components and so on), foodstuff (fruits pallets, snack boxes, biscuit boxes, food dishes, trays etc.), and drugs package products and so on.

FUNCTION A:

① With a programmable controller (PLC) and touch screen control, the complete machine can work regularly and reliably.

② With a converter to control the motor in drawing sheets. Its speed is adjustable and the torque is larger. It is reliable in drawing thick sheets.

③ With the specially-made alloy track its friction ratio is small and it is stable and quick in drawing sheets.

④ With stainless steel chain it is durable in service, beautiful and dignified in appearance.

⑤ Bi-directional cutting sheets for rod-free cylinder: it is of close construction, reliable and durable in service, which makes it save time and physical strength and the cylinder durable in service.

⑥ The large blower: heavy & even wind-force and high performance rate and as well as quick cooling.

⑦ The upper and lower adjustable blower support can be a good choice for different moulds.

Function B：

① Vacuum Delay, Slow Vacuum: It is to select the proper vacuum delay in order to improve the homogeneous degree of products.

② Second Vacuum: It is beneficial to form the products well and improve the quality of products.

③ Second Upper Mould: It effectively guarantees that the products can not be deformed in opposite-blow demoulding.

④ Vibration: It is beneficial to demould the complex products.

⑤ Motor Reverse: The heat plastic sheets can have tests on the mould for times in order to improve the quality of products.

⑥ Advance in drawing sheet: Control the temperature of bake sheet.
